Whats the next steps?

1. RSVP First to help us get an accurate count: RSVP Here

2. After you submit your RSVP, check your email for a confirmation email with the secure link to book your room.

3. Click on the link in your email to secure your room(s) at the resort. There is a $100 deposit to secure the room.

4. If you would like to add your flight, please contact guest services. Otherwise, you are free to book your own flight whenever.

Questions & Answers

Once I RSVP, how do I book my room?

Once you have successfully RSVP'd for your entire party, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to our room booking site. If you do not receive an email please contact the Givhans immediately.

What is the cost for the rooms?

There are a variety of rooms to choose from. The costs depends on the type of room and the amount of individuals in the room. The hotel offers single, double, triple, and quad rooms. More information will be detailed on our booking site.

Is a passport required for travel?

Yes. Everyone including children will need a valid passport.

Do I have to stay the entire time? May 8-12?

There is a 4 night minimum requirement for ALL guests to attend. The wedding ceremony will be May 10th, 2026.

Is transportation included?

Your flight is NOT included in the prices seen on the room booking site. However, if you need assistance, our wedding specialist can help with flight accommodations. Please contact Carol at guests@ourdestinationweddings.com or call (844)-568-3639..

When is the full balance due for my room?

There is a $100 deposit which will go towards your balance. The final balance is due February 27, 2026. You can pay as you go, with any payment amount until the deadline of February 27, 2026. All payments will be made through the booking site.

Are kids allowed?

Yes! Kids are allowed. if you are bringing any children under 21 you MUST book on the family side of the hotel rather than the adult only side. More information will be given on the booking site.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

YES! all food, drinks, and alcoholic drinks are included in your stay at no additional costs.

If i need to cancel can I?

Yes, if you can not make it after securing your room you have the option to cancel 7 days prior to February 27, 2026.
